Christmas Time Santa and Penguin Tissue Box Cover Cross Stitch Kit by Orchidea 5109

Stitch Christmas Time, a tissue box cover cross stitch kit by Orchidea — Santa on one side and a penguin in a Santa hat on the other, on grey panels with a red border.

A little stitcher's folklore: penguins live almost entirely in the Southern Hemisphere, so they never meet polar bears in the wild.

Why this kit: 7-count plastic canvas and chunky acrylic yarn stitch up quickly into a sturdy cover that keeps its shape.

Kit includes: 7-count plastic canvas, acrylic yarn in 13 colours, a chart, instructions and a needle to make a tissue box cover. Stitch used: cross stitch.

Stitch each panel on the plastic canvas following the chart, then join the pieces with overcast stitch.

Finished size: 13×12×12 cm (5.1×4.7×4.7 in). A festive, useful piece for the Christmas season.
