Welcome Santa himself with this wooden Christmas nutcracker by Wizardi — Santa Claus in a soft red hat with a white fur trim, a pompom and a sprig of holly, little wire-rimmed glasses, and a full white faux-fur beard. His red suit is trimmed in white fur with a black belt and rhinestone buttons, and he holds a candy cane and a red ornament with a tiny gingerbread man, with red-and-white striped trousers and rhinestone boots on a red base with a white band.
A little collector's folklore: Santa is said to read every Christmas list twice, which is why he never goes anywhere without his glasses. Collectors say a Santa nutcracker by the door makes sure the list reaches the North Pole on time.
Why this nutcracker: if you want Santa as the star of your Christmas display, he is full of detail — real glasses, a plush hat and a fluffy beard. At 15 inches he makes a cheerful centrepiece on a mantel or entry table, and he is a favourite with children.
In the box: one Santa Claus nutcracker in painted wood with a faux-fur beard, a fabric hat and rhinestone accents, packed in a red gift box with a window. A decorative nutcracker, not intended for cracking nuts. Ready to display, no assembly needed.
Pair him with Mrs. Claus (F07M6-6 Gnom) or the milk-and-cookies Santa (F07AM9-9-N01752), or set him by the fireplace next to the stockings. Dust with a soft, dry brush and keep away from moisture and heat. A decoration, not a toy.
Size: 38 cm tall (15 in). Classic Christmas mantel and entry decor, and a joyful gift for families, kids and Santa collectors.
