Chocolate Cupcake Baker with Gingerbread House Christmas Wooden Nutcracker 15 in by Wizardi F07M14-43-XC4617B

Open the Christmas bakery with the Chocolate Cupcake Baker, a wooden nutcracker by Wizardi — a baker in a sparkling chocolate cupcake hat with a swirl of white frosting and a red band, a fluffy white beard under a curled black moustache, and a green jacket trimmed in red and gold. He carries a tray holding a chocolate gingerbread house and a frosted treat, with white trousers and black boots with red cuffs on a green base.

A little collector's folklore: building a gingerbread house is a holiday tradition inspired by the fairy tale of Hansel and Gretel, and collectors say this baker built his own house of sweets just to keep the children smiling.

Why this nutcracker: if you love a cosy bakery Christmas, the chocolate hat and gingerbread house make him a fun, unusual centrepiece. At 15 inches he stands tall on a kitchen counter, open shelf or mantel.

In the box: one Chocolate Cupcake Baker nutcracker in painted wood with a white faux-fur beard, packed in a red gift box with a window. A decorative nutcracker, not intended for cracking nuts. Ready to display, no assembly needed.

Collect the bakery series with the cookie, peppermint and gingerbread men bakers (F07M14-43-XC4617A, C and D). Dust with a soft, dry brush and keep away from moisture and heat. A decoration, not a toy.

Size: 38 cm tall (15 in). Christmas kitchen and bakery decor, and a sweet gift for bakers and chocolate lovers.
