What's Included:

Included in each DIY tassel tail/garland kit:

• (20) Extra-long 13" pre-cut tissue paper tassels
• (1) 10-foot line of twine
• (20) Gold twist ties to secure each tassel tail
• Easy-to-follow instructions on the back of the package

PLEASE NOTE:

• Giant balloon is NOT included, an optional add-on is available.
  
• Tassels are shipped flat and will take approximately 15-30 minutes to assemble.
