Peppermint Candy Soldier Christmas Wooden Nutcracker 12 in by Wizardi F07M14-31-N01702A

Sweeten the season with the Peppermint Candy Soldier, a wooden Christmas nutcracker by Wizardi — a candy-shop guard in a red-and-white plaid top hat topped with a white ball, a green jacket with a white sash, and a bushy white beard under a curled moustache. He holds a peppermint lollipop staff, with red-and-white striped legs and red boots dotted with peppermint swirls on a red, white and green striped base.

A little collector's folklore: candy canes are said to have been handed out to keep children quiet during long Christmas services, and collectors say a peppermint nutcracker keeps the sweet tooth happy all season.

Why this nutcracker: if you love candy cane and peppermint decor, he fits right in with a red-and-white tree. The plaid hat and lollipop staff make him playful, and at about 12 inches he fits a kitchen shelf, candy bar or mantel.

In the box: one Peppermint Candy Soldier nutcracker in painted wood with a white faux-fur beard, packed in a red gift box with a window. A decorative nutcracker, not intended for cracking nuts. Ready to display, no assembly needed.

Collect the other candy guards in the series (F07M14-31-N01702B, C and D), or set him beside a jar of candy canes. Dust with a soft, dry brush and keep away from moisture and heat. A decoration, not a toy.

Size: 30 cm tall (11.8 in). Candy cane Christmas decor, and a sweet gift for kids, families and candy lovers.
