Red Crowned Rider on Rocking Horse Christmas Wooden Nutcracker 11 in by Wizardi F07M6-15A

Gallop into the holidays with the Red Crowned Rider, a wooden Christmas nutcracker by Wizardi — a rider in a red dome crown with a gold band, a fluffy white beard and a red coat, seated on a white rocking horse with a brown mane, black bridle and a red saddle blanket. The horse rests on curved red rockers painted with black and gold trim.

A little collector's folklore: the wooden rocking horse was one of the most treasured Christmas toys of the 1800s, and collectors say this rider takes a gallop around the tree each Christmas Eve.

Why this nutcracker: if you love vintage toy style, the rocking horse makes him a charming change from a standing figure. At about 11 inches he fits a shelf, mantel or side table.

In the box: one Red Crowned Rider on Rocking Horse nutcracker in painted wood with a white faux-fur beard. A decorative nutcracker, not intended for cracking nuts. Ready to display, no assembly needed.

Collect the top hat rider and the crowned king rider in the same series (F07M6-15C and B). Dust with a soft, dry brush and keep away from moisture and heat. A decoration, not a toy.

Size: 27 cm tall (10.6 in). Vintage-style Christmas decor, and a nostalgic gift for anyone who loves classic toys.
