Red Pinecone-Shaped Glass Christmas Ornament F07M7-13-LH76-23148

This ornament is molded into the shape of a pinecone, with deeply layered, overlapping scales in glossy red glass. In the photo a dusting of silvery-white glitter sits along the raised edge of each scale, frosting the tips while leaving the red glass visible in the recesses between them.

Why this ornament: the sculpted pinecone form gives it more dimension than a flat-sided ball; the silver-frosted scale tips create a two-tone, wintry contrast against the red glass rather than an all-over single color; the layered scale texture catches tree lights at many small angles, giving it a flickering sparkle beyond a plain glossy surface.

What's included: one red pinecone-shaped glass ornament with a hanging loop attached.

Being hand-blown glass, it should be hung by its cap and handled carefully to protect the raised scale edges. Beyond the tree, it looks equally at home on a garland, a wreath, or tied onto a wrapped gift.

The red-and-silver combination fits classic and Nordic-inspired Christmas palettes alike, and the nature-inspired pinecone shape appeals to anyone who wants a seasonal ornament with texture and a woodland motif.
